You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

 

Payment

You agree to pay the purchase price specified on the website at the time that you place your order for the purchase of a product, and any applicable shipping charges based on the shipping options selected by you. All amounts are stated in Australian dollars. All purchase prices include Australian GST (where applicable).

You must pay for the Product online by credit card or PayPal account. Your payment will be processed upon receipt of your order.

Services booked online will require a deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is nonrefundable should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. The deposit is transferable to another appointment should you need to reschedule outside of the 24 hour notice period.

 

Returns Policy

Our purchasing terms and conditions include a return policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with one of our products please contact us on 0475 452 405 or get in touch via the form on our contact page. Where appropriate we will issue you with a refund or replacement for faulty goods. Gift voucher purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the item you wish to return is faulty, we will either require photo proof of the faulty item or provide you with a stamped, self-addressed post pack in which to return it. Once the faulty item is received, you will be offered a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, eg. your credit card (via PayPal), PayPal account or store credit.

If you change your mind on a purchased item, you will be given a credit to the same value once the item has been received by us. Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. Please ensure you use a trackable or signed-for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot credit your account until the item has been received. Refunds will not be provided on consultation fees,

Please note: Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue, unless specified otherwise.

Refunds will not be given on opened supplements or liquid herbal mixes unless faulty or past the date of expiry.

 

Gift Vouchers


Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. Gift voucher purchases cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers may be used for any service or any goods currently in stock, but cannot be used for online purchases.

 

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on this Site, including without limit, the text, graphics and copyright works is owned by Surviving to Thriving (or our relevant content supplier). We are the exclusive owner of all rights in the compilation, design and layout of this Site.

 

Right to use Site and Content

You may access, view and print the content on this Site provided you only use that content for informational, non-commercial purposes and any print reproduction includes a prominent acknowledgement of our rights in the relevant content. We do not permit the information on this Site to be duplicated elsewhere online, as the major search engines penalize websites with duplicate content and such duplication may be detrimental to both us and you.

At Surviving to Thriving, we collect your personal information in the context of a consultation at our clinic. We collect your address, contact telephone numbers, email address as well as consent to contact other health professionals where appropriate. Most of this information is stored on our database as well as in your personal file. This information is used to contact you directly regarding your consultation, appointments, or treatment. We may also contact you with information regarding the clinic and other of our services.

At your consultation we may also collect personal information that you choose to share. This may include details about physical and emotional health concerns and lifestyle factors. We use this information to understand your health query, to answer your questions about your health needs and to tailor a treatment program to address your needs. This information is collected only with your consent and can be updated at any time.

We recognise that the nature of our services means information is especially sensitive. Our reception staff will use telephone details to confirm all appointments 24 hours before the scheduled time. Surviving to Thriving will only be identified when speaking with the client directly and we will not identify the name of the clinic to any other party. Any messages will identify the call as a personal call.

Surviving to Thriving uses your email address solely for the purpose of providing information about the clinic or your treatment. This may happen in the context of personal email messages or de-identified group newsletters. Your email address will not be added to any mailing list, nor will it be disclosed to any other party without your knowledge and consent. You can opt to not be contacted by email by us at any time.

Any students observing in the clinic will be bound by the same privacy considerations as all practitioners and other staff. No identifiable details about clients will be used in any note taking by students.

Electronic banking details given to us will remain confidential and are protected by appropriate security measures.
